Awakening Ritual

When you first wake up
​take the first 10 minutes to:

  • Open the breathing and healing channels of your body
 
  • Stretch and engage your muscles, joints, and tendons with low impact motion
 
  • Use simple isometric exercises to get the blood flowing and tone muscles
 
  • Rehydrate your body
