KANTAN is word meaning “simple” or “straightforward.” 

It is is a martial art combining Da Mo Chi Kung Ch’uan Fa, Tae Kyon, Jujutsu, and Bujutsu.  It is very diverse and features the below techniques :

- Armed and Unarmed Strikes Standing and on the Ground

-Grappling and Sparring with Single and Multiple Opponents

-Hard and Soft Techniques to Strengthen the Flight or Fight Response

It is a well-rounded system of martial art that teaches you how to protect yourself by using your body in a healthy way.  It emphasizes techniques, such as utilizing maintenance exercises and focused breathing, which reduce stress and prevent injury to yourself.
